Earth Graphics – Site Plan Brainstorming Sheet

Purpose: A site plan is developed to determine the placement and elevation of structures, drives, spaces, and general uses for a site. It is our experience that site planned projects cost less to develop a great landscape, better circulate vehicles & people, and greatly influence future resale values.

As our client, please have the following available for our scheduled appointment:

• Lot Survey
• Neighborhood Covenants & Restrictions
• Septic Field Permit (if required) or Linear Feet of Septic Field required
• Complete set of House Plans with Elevations
• Pictures and/or Samples of outside Fascia Materials
• Magazine cut-outs and idea book photos

Things to think about:

• Parking (outside of garage, guest parking, turnarounds, etc.)
• Drive
• Sidewalk
• Deck / Patio / Screen Porch (outdoor living space, size, use, etc.)
• Pools / Ponds / Hot Tubs / Fountains
• Garden Structures (gazebo, pergola, arbor, trellis, grill, fireplace pit, etc.)
• Play Zone / Sport Court / Putting Green / Basketball Goal
• Definition of Style or Theme of Project
